Little girl was standing behind the iron gates, watching
kids play on the streets. Sun-rays made her hair shine like spun gold, honey-brown
eyes complementing her pale skin. All this
beauty dripping from her mocked the fate. If only she had aged normally she
would have been a teenage-queen now. How could God make such a beautiful mistake?
Dedicated to my neighbor’s daughter who is frozen in time.
